Product & experience design leader
I lead platform-scale experience and UX strategy across voice, conversational AI, search, and multimodal interaction—designing intelligent, intuitive systems that connect users with complex ecosystems spanning multiple devices.
About me
I’ve spent the past 18+ years designing digital experiences that are clear, inclusive, and grounded in how people actually use technology. These days, I’m focused on leading experience and UX strategy—working across voice, conversational AI, search, and multimodal interaction. I approach every project through the lens of inclusive design, making sure the systems I help create work for more people, in more real-world contexts. I'm especially interested in shaping experiences that feel intuitive, no matter the device, and helping people navigate complex ecosystems in ways that just make sense.

Looking ahead
I'm especially interested in how AI and intelligent assistants can help make everyday interactions feel more adaptive and intuitive. As these tools evolve, I see experience design playing a bigger role in shaping how systems respond, guide, and support people across different moments and devices. I'm excited by the opportunity to help define what those experiences look like—and how they make people feel.
