I’m a principal-level product and experience designer who works at the intersection of AI interaction, platform UX, and product clarity.

I help teams define how complex products behave across devices, contexts, and input types, turning ambiguous product ideas into systems people can understand, build, and use.

At Comcast / Xfinity, my work spanned voice UX, intelligent assistant concepts, notifications, access, haptics, sound, accessibility, and emerging multimodal interaction. I led platform-level design strategy for experiences that crossed teams, surfaces, and input types, helping move the organization from fragmented feature decisions toward clearer patterns, reusable guidance, and shared product behavior.

I’m drawn to work where the product behavior is still being shaped: where teams need to define the model, clarify the experience, and make complex systems feel more coherent, useful, inclusive, and human.
